MaxTheater Inc, makers of Spyware Assasin has been ordered to suspend it's activities until a court hearing. They have been accused of using scare tactics to get customers to buy their product. Pop-up ads, emails, and free spyware scans would indicate a spyware infection even if one did not exist.
